Mark D. Collins began his legal career in 1994 after graduating from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law. For nearly three decades, he built a reputation across Kentucky and Tennessee for helping families navigate everyday legal matters, from real estate to probate.
Over the years, as Mark saw local families struggle with the rising complexities of aging, he stepped up to help. He founded Elder Law Advocates to give seniors and veterans a dedicated ally for long-term care and estate planning.
To bring all of his legal services together, Mark established Collins Law, PLLC, opening our current office doors in January 2022. Today, this firm allows Mark to protect his clients through every stage of life. Whether he is serving the public as the Assistant County Attorney for Todd and Christian Counties, or helping a family protect their hard-earned assets, Mark brings the same genuine care and experience he has stood for since 1994.
