Collins Law founder and owner Mark D. Collins is an experienced attorney and advocate dedicated to serving older adults, veterans, and families throughout Kentucky and Tennessee. Licensed to practice law since 1994, his work focuses on elder law, estate planning, long-term care planning, and real estate matters.
Mark is the founder of Elder Law Advocates, PLLC. Elder Law Advocates is housed within Collins Law with a specific focus and commitment of helping clients navigate important legal, financial, and life planning decisions with compassion and practical guidance. As an Army veteran, he brings a strong sense of service and commitment to his practice.
He is also an accredited attorney with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, assisting veterans and their families in accessing valuable VA benefits and long-term care resources.
Throughout his career, Mark has remained active in both local and state professional organizations and community boards. He previously served as President of the Kentucky Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, reflecting his leadership and dedication within the field of elder law.
